Elaboration : Made with grapes from old Monastrell vines, some of them up to 80 year old. The wine has rested  during three months in barrels made from French and American oak.

Tasting notes

Colour: Garnet red cherry, well covered
Nose: Outstanding vanilla aromas, well structured with the ripened fruit
Taste: Fleshy to the pallet, silky with a persistent and enveloping finish with balsamy reminiscences.
Serving temperature: 16º degrees centigrade
Format: 0.75 litres, 1.50 litres
