Condition for cultivation: Vineyard set on a spalier at a considerable height. 

Elaboration: The Grape-picking which originated this wine was appertaining to the harvesting during the first week of September. The wine has rested  during three months in barrels made from French and American oak.

Sampling notes

Colour: Intense cherry red.
Nose: Aromas of ripe dark fruit, reminiscent of lower hill and a mineral depth which is integrated in the subtle touches of wood.
Taste: Feel of very ripe varieties, firm and generous tannin. Very persistent.
Serving temperature: 16 degrees centigrade
Format: 0.75 litres
Gastronomy:White and red meats, delicatessens, meat and rice dishes, blue fish and medium cured fish.
