Colour: Garnet red with good intensity, brilliant, clean, velvety
Nose: sensation of dark fruits like the blackberry and the black cherry with light floral reminicences and liquorice, ample, elegant and complex
Taste: Potent and meaty to the mouth, ripe tannins with fruity character showing through once again., long aftertaste, sweet, rounded.
Serving Temperature: 15 degrees centigrade
Format : 0.75 litres
Gastronomy: - Blue fish, white meats, delicatessens and medium cured cheeses.
