Tasting Notes
Colour:Purple red well-covered, almost opaque
Nose:A development of good touches of wild, extremely ripe fruits, with touches of spices and sweetness
Taste: It shows a good harmony, developing well with wild fruits purée. Tasty, kind, persistent and with an adequate tannin, which counteracts the sweetness, which is not excessive.
Serving temperature: 7 8 degrees centigrade
Format: 0.50 litres
Gastronomy: Desserts containing red or dark fruits and chocolates. Blue cheeses. (Roquefort or Cabrales)
