Elaboration: Wine made from over-ripe grapes, left in the sun till achieving the perfect sugar concentration in the fruit. It has not undergone maceration nor any reserve process in berrelling.

Colour: A greeny straw colour
Nose:The nose percieves a touch of Meditarranean fruits, such as peach, apricot, together with other tropical fruits, such as pineapple, mango, passion fruit. There is also a floral touch; orange blossom and jazmin.
Taste: it possesses harmony, buttery, appetising, with the right touch of sweetness. A perfect development of white fruits of a jammy. Of a prolonged aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 5 degrees centigrade
Format: 0.50 litres
Gastronomy:Ideal wine to go with white fruit salad, as with desserts and cakes (puff-pastries, merangue, apple tart...). it also harmonises with duck liver paté
