Elaboration:  We grow the grapes used in this wine in the highest parts of our land, at around 750 metres which allows us to ensure the adequate levels of acidity as well as the aromas of fresh fruit. Before the start of the fermentation process it goes through a process of maceration in cold so as to extract interesting compounds found in the skin.  After the thinning,

Tasting notes

Colour: Clean and brilliant, it appears with a glint of greeny yellow
Nose: Appealing fruity touches. There are outstanding aromas of apricot, peaches, melon, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, orange blossom and jazmin
Taste: Kind, enveloping, glyceride and creamy. Its acidity has a continuity, a lengthy persistence with a slightly bitter finish which incites a further sampling
Serving temperature: 8 degrees centigrade
Format: 0.75 litres
Gastronomy:White fish, seafood, salads, sea rice dishes, fresh cheeses and fried foods
