A variety of Spanish origin. It is the best-known Spanish variety abroad. Its production is halfway between good and regular. These wines are very aromatic, rich in alcohol content, with an adequate proportion of polifenoles, low content in oxidase and organic acids, of great balance, a good body with adequate acidity.
