A variety of Spanish origin, very rustic and a high resistance to drought, needing to be well isolated. Its production is not very high. This variety produces must of medium or high degree, with a total acidity medium-low, rich in oxidizers and very aromatic. Its wines present an extraordinary varietal aroma, with sensations of ripe fruit, sweet and low astringency.
