Cabernet Sauvignon

A variety of French origin and fundamental in the renowned wines of Bourdeux. Its production is medium and constant. These wines are of an intense rubi-red colour, bordering on violaceous, with great body, alcoholic, of an intense and penetrating aroma of violets and berries, reminiscent of redcurrants, with a smooth and characteristic  herbal taste of peppers, due to its richness in tannins. A perfect grape for its maturity in barrel.
