Ecological vineyards
The patches of land for »ecological cultivation« respect the European Community Legislation on this kind of agricultural development, which mainly involves the absence of chemical products in the process of cultivation and general handling with respect of plague preventions, as the use of natural products for fertilizing. At Casa de la Ermita, we have the first ecological wine produced in the Region of Murcia, thanks to the fact that our vineyards have been respecting the legislation covering »biological agriculture« over the past 5 years.
